Concomitant use of Duloxetine and Doreta may cause interactions and adverse reactions (especially from the Tramadol component of Dorety). Possible side effects of such a combination include the occurrence of convulsions and symptoms typical of serotonin syndrome: vomiting, excessive sweating, high temperature, high blood pressure, agitation, hallucinations. I suggest you discuss the use of the above drugs with your doctor. If your doctor has been informed about Duloxetine treatment but has decided to implement Dorety, follow the prescribed dosage and do not exceed the prescribed daily dose.
