Smoking cigarettes while using Alprox (alprazolam) is not recommended. Smoking can increase the risk of side effects and affect the effectiveness of the drug. In addition, both nicotine and alprazolam can affect the nervous system, which can increase the risk of side effects such as drowsiness or dizziness. I strongly advise against smoking during treatment with Alprox.
