Nivalin is a prescription medication in the form of an injectable solution with galantamine. It is a substance that causes an increase in the concentration of acetylcholine - a compound involved in the transmission of nerve impulses in the central and peripheral nervous system. The preparation is indicated for use as an adjunct in the treatment of neuromuscular diseases.
According to the manufacturer's recommendations, Nivalin should be stored below 25°C. If Nivalin injections have been stored at 28°C for a short period of time, their stability is unlikely to have changed significantly. However, long-term storage at a temperature higher than recommended may affect the quality of the drug and then - I would strongly advise against using the preparation.
