Diseases of the blood and hematopoietic system (haematological)
I've been taking shellazo + sr for about a year, I take 1 tablet a day as recommended. Do you need to take a break from taking this drug as it is in other supplements that you have to stop taking it for e.g. 3 months?

In such a situation, in my opinion, you should take a break from using the preparation. Other preparations also have an effect on immunity, including vitamin D, which can be used all year round:

Do you have or have you had anaemia? Long-term intake of iron supplements, e.g. for a year without a break, should be done under medical supervision. Iron is an essential mineral, but an excess of it can lead to toxicity and serious health problems, such as damage to the liver, heart, or pancreas. It is therefore crucial to determine if there is a medical need for long-term iron supplementation, and to monitor iron levels in the blood regularly. If the level of hemoglobin and iron in the blood is currently at a good level - I would suggest stopping supplementation for a few months.
