Yes, you can take Metronidazole at lunchtime, as long as it does not interfere with your dosing regimen.
Usually missed dose means longer duration of treatment. Subsequent doses should be taken at a fixed time - the treatment will then be extended by one dose. Please do not double the dose to make up for the missed dose. Take only one dose and continue treatment as prescribed. Please keep the dosing intervals as even as possible so as not to interfere with the dosing schedule.
