I have side effects after Dulofor and Preato - Should I stop taking them if I can't function?

Today she took Dulofor and Presto for the first time, and I have dizziness and nausea and diarrhea, I walk like a drunk, sometimes I feel hot and sometimes cold.
I'm wondering if I should continue to take them or put them away, because as I see, I can't function and go to work.

When side effects prevent normal functioning, it is recommended to discontinue the medication. I recommend that you consult your doctor to choose the right treatment regimen and its implementation so as to minimize the risk of side effects.
