According to the manufacturer, one of the indications for the use of Prolia is "Treatment of bone loss associated with long-term systemic glucocorticoid treatment of adult patients at increased risk of fractures." - therefore the drug is indicated for use in your case.
However, lupus is not reported as a contraindication to Prolia.

It is certainly worth noting that in your case there is an increased risk of hypocalcemia - calcium deficiency. It is worth doing regular check-ups.
