I have been taking 6 drops of cetraxal in the morning and in the evening for 2 days now. I have a painful ear and it feels very too much with a certain pressure. I'm on vacation right now and I'm flying home in 6 days. Can I fly like this at all? I'm worried that I'll hurt my ear further.

Do not stop taking Cetraxal without talking to your doctor. If there is severe pain, you can use an analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug, e.g. Ibuprom. Throughout the treatment, it is worth protecting the ear from contact with water. Flying with otitis can exacerbate the discomfort due to the difference in pressure, but by the time you return home, the medication should have already started to work and the discomfort should be much less.
