In the case of nosebleeds in children caused by delicate vessels and dry nose, the following is recommended:
1. Nasal moisturizing:
Use of moisturizing and lubricating preparations for the nasal mucosa, such as sea water (e.g. Ectimer, Marimer) or drops with vegetable oil (e.g. Nollix, Rhinopantein). This will help soften the residual secretion and moisturize the mucosa, reducing the risk of bursting delicate blood vessels.

Marimer: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/46429/marimer-izotoniczny-spray-do-nosa-aerozol/apteki

Rhinopantein: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/91271/rinopanteina-aerozol/apteki
2. Avoiding nasal irritation:
Avoid blowing your nose with great force, exaggerated blowing or scratching the inside of your nose, as this can lead to vascular damage and bleeding.
3. Use of haemostatic agents:
In the case of bleeding, hemostatic preparations (e.g. Emofix, Stop Hemo) can be used, which help to stop bleeding by blood clotting.

Following the above recommendations will help relieve the symptoms of dry nose and reduce the risk of bleeding in children with delicate blood vessels. In case of persistent ailments, consult a doctor. If you are not able to make a face-to-face visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:
