Yes, Dexamytrex can be combined with Cortineff. These are topical drugs used in ophthalmology.

The drugs mentioned in the question should also not interact with systemic drugs such as Nebilet, Amlozek, Aviamina and Trulicity. There are no reports of interactions between these drugs and topical ophthalmic preparations like Dexamytrex and Cortineff.
