Can I take Kostarox if I have cardiomyopathy and am taking Bisocard?

Hello, I have cardiomyopathies and I was given the drug costarox 60, I take bisocard 2.5, is it safe for my heart ?

In such cases, Kostarox should be avoided or, if necessary, used for as short a time as possible.

Clinical data suggest that the use of selective COX-2 inhibitors may be associated with a risk of thrombotic events (especially myocardial infarction and stroke) compared to placebo and some NSAIDs. Since the risk of cardiovascular disorders with etoricoxib may increase with increasing dose and duration of treatment, the lowest effective daily dose should be used for the shortest possible time.
