I have been using Soolantra for 7 weeks and feel no improvement. Hot flashes occur especially in the evening.

Soolantra (ivermectin) is a topical cream used to treat rosacea, and its action is based on its anti-inflammatory and anti-mite properties of the Demodex genus, which may be associated with rosacea.
Although some people may notice improvement within a few weeks, the full effects of Soolantina treatment may require up to several months of regular use. Sometimes it takes 12-16 weeks to see a significant improvement. In my opinion, in your case, we should still wait for the effects of treatment. If after the said 12-16 weeks you still do not see any improvement - then I would recommend consulting a doctor.
