I'm taking Zoely contraceptive pills (yesterday I took 21 tabl. from the blister). A week ago I finished a three-day course with the antibiotic Sumamed, and two weeks ago a two-week course with Itrax. Exactly two weeks earlier, I had used Escapelle (due to the reduced effectiveness of contraceptive tablations after Itrax). Yesterday I had unprotected intercourse, I'm worried about getting an unplanned pregnancy. Can my medications still interfere with Zoely?

Because you have been taking several medications that may have weakened the effectiveness of Zoely pills, the risk of pregnancy is slightly increased. It would be best to consult a gynecologist.
If you are unable to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

In this situation, the best solution would be to skip the placebo pills and go straight to the next Zoely pack. Nevertheless, as I mentioned, it is worth consulting a gynecologist.
Although since May this year a pharmacist can write a free prescription for the morning-after pill at the pharmacy, this will not be possible in your case, as you have already used Escapelle recently. More here:
