Can I be pregnant after a medically induced abortion with beta HCG < 2,30 mIU/ml?
So I had an abortion in april on 5 of april I bled till 15 May with on and off periods it was a medical abortion and after that, I started to feel I'm pregnant again my lower abdomen is bloated and firm I have all the symptoms except nausea but my blood beta hcg was <2.30 when I took the test 10 days after my periods ended.
I don't know what to think. Am I pregnant?

Everything indicates that you are not pregnant.
Symptoms can result from hormonal fluctuations and stress. They should subside within the next few days.
