How long can spotting occur after I start using Jeanine?

Hello, I suffer from endometriosis. I took Vizanne for 3 months, but I still had spotting or bleeding. I've been taking Janina for over a week now and she's still staining. I can't contact my gynaecologist at this time. How long can I stain before the pills take full effect?

Usually, irregular bleeding and spotting occur in the first cycles after starting hormonal contraception, after which it gradually disappears on its own (which means that you may not have a regular cycle for about 3 months). If the symptoms intensify in the following days (or you observe other disturbing symptoms), you should see a doctor for a consultation.
