Good morning.
Buy a pen at dosage 100 you can take one dose out into a sterile syringe and then divide it in half in another syringe. Two doses of 50 are obtained. One to be administered immediately and the other for the next time. In this way I think it makes sense.

You are misleading. There is one PEN with the whole dose of the drug and 4 needles. 1/4 doses are dosed once a week. The person who asked the question has a stronger concentration of the substance in the dose (not 0.25 mg but 1.7 mg) and asks how to divide the drug into four equal parts, because on the knob for setting the dose there is a "0" and dotted lines, and at the end the value "1.7"

Wegovy contains single-use pens for single use. It is not possible to administer a different dose than the one contained in the pen. Each pen contains only 1 dose.
