Doreta contains two active substances that are analgesic: tramadol (an opioid painkiller) and paracetamol. It is used in moderate to severe pain. Doreta is a prescription-only medicine. It is not possible to order a drug and pick it up at a pharmacy without a valid doctor's prescription.
