What should I do if I have mistaken the order of my pills while taking Femoston mite?

I mixed up the pills. I was supposed to drink gray ones for another week, but somehow I inattentively drank white ones with estrogen for two days. Menstruation began. Is it possible to continue the gray ones again or leave and continue the white ones? Thank you
