Up to @Carlo:

It may be appropriate to take Antitra (omeprazole 20 mg) together with Mounjaro if you have known stomach problems, such as reflux or heartburn, or if you are using medications that irritate the gastrointestinal tract, such as NSAIDs.

Mounjaro itself rarely causes serious stomach discomfort, but if you experience discomfort, it is worth consulting a doctor. The doctor will assess whether a gastroprotector is necessary and safe in this case.

Can it be useful to take a 20 mg Antra type gastroprotector?

Mounjaro is used to treat type 2 diabetes and as a weight control medication (in combination with diet and physical activity). Like all medicinal products, Mounjaro may (but does not have to) cause side effects. The most common side effects are gastrointestinal ailments, e.g. nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, reflux.
