No, it is not recommended to take potassium and magnesium supplements to counteract muscle spasms while taking Mestinon to treat myasthenia gravis.
Mestinone (pyridostigmine) is a medication often used to treat myasthenia gravis that works by increasing acetylcholine levels in neuromuscular synapses. One of the possible side effects of its use is muscle cramps.
Magnesium is contraindicated in patients with myasthenia gravis because it can exacerbate the symptoms of the disease.
If muscle cramps occur during treatment with Mestinon, the treating physician should be consulted for dosage adjustment or to consider other therapeutic options. Taking supplements alone may worsen myasthenia gravis symptoms or interact with the drug. If you are not able to make a face-to-face visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:

The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book a drug at a selected stationary pharmacy and collect it upon presentation of a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/48515/mestinon-drazetki/apteki

To @robert:
In myasthenia gravis, magnesium supplementation requires caution, as magnesium can impair neuromuscular conduction and exacerbate the symptoms of the disease. Potassium, on the other hand, is important for muscle and heart function, but its supplementation should be controlled, especially in the case of electrolyte disorders.
Mestinone affects neuromuscular conduction and can interact with electrolytes. It is recommended that you consult a neurologist who will assess the need and safety of continued use of Potazku Mag, taking into account your health condition and current symptoms. Continuing supplementation on your own can be risky.
I'm 40 years old, I have problems with hypertension, I went to a cardiologist and he recommended me, among other things, to take magnesium with potassium - I told him that I suffer from myasthenia gravis and take mestinone, reporting to the doctor what diseases I have... I admit that I was not interested in it in the first place and I also managed to take magnesium in the past - I considered it a beneficial dietary supplement, especially with varying blood pressure and potassium ... for a year I have been taking it systematically together with potassium Potazek Mag and here I read on the forums that it is not recommended... I must admit that recently I had a slight relapse of the eye .. but it passed, and I still take potazek every 2 days and I don't know anymore because what to do because what the doctor is probably a different pharmaceutical lobby that he will write so ugly, and not the patient's care.... to take or not ?
