The manufacturer does not inform about the possibility of dividing these pills. Nevertheless, I see no obstacles to dividing the tablet into smaller parts and swallowing it - this should not affect the absorption of the magnesium contained in the supplement.

Splitting or crushing this tablet will not affect its effectiveness.
