How to use Metronidazole gel, Epiduo gel and Effaclar H moisturizing cream at the same time?
Good morning
I use Epiduo, Jelfa metronidazole, cleansing gel and La Roche-Posay Effaclar H moisturizing face cream. How should I use these products during the day?
1. In what order should these products be used?
2. When to apply Metronidazole Jelfa in the evening and how long after applying Epiduo?
3. When to use oil or cream to restore the hydrolipid barrier?

If the doctor has not recommended a specific order of use, they should be applied at an interval and so that each subsequent one has time to be absorbed in 100%.
Information on the use of Metronidazole:
"A thin layer of gel is applied thoroughly to skin lesions twice a day, in the morning and evening before bedtime. Before applying it, wash the skin with a gentle cleanser. After using the gel, the patient can use cosmetics that do not clog skin pores and do not have astringent properties."
and Epiduo:
"Epiduo should be applied to the entire acne-affected area of skin once daily in the evening, on clean, dry skin. Apply a thin layer of gel with your fingertips, avoiding the eye and mouth area.
If irritation occurs, the patient should be advised to use moisturizing creams that do not affect the formation of blackheads, to use the medicinal product less frequently (e.g. every other day), to temporarily or permanently discontinue the use of the medicinal product."
Example solution:
1. Wash your face with a mild skin cleanser.
2. Epiduo application.
3. 0.5h - 1h break.
4. Metronidazole application.
5. After the drug is absorbed, apply moisturizer.
In the event of skin irritation, you should see a dermatologist and verify the order of products and the frequency of their use during one treatment. The restorative cream should be applied at the end of the procedure, after all other preparations have been applied and absorbed. It is worth remembering the need to use products with a high SPF when treating Epiduo (risk of skin burns).
