In general, the combination of azithromycin (the active substance in AzitroLEK) with painkillers is considered safe, provided that the recommended doses are followed and the patient is closely monitored by a doctor. However, I did not find a drug called "Biovitalgin" in UWPL. So I would like to ask you to clarify the question.
Azithromycin may increase the levels of tramadol (the active substance in Tramal) in your blood, which may increase side effects such as heart rhythm problems, dizziness, sleepiness and nausea. Therefore, with the simultaneous use of these drugs, it is necessary to carefully monitor the patient's condition.
If all medications are prescribed by the same doctor, please follow his recommendations, and in case of pain in the heart area, irregular heart rhythm, shortness of breath, fainting, consult your doctor.
