Alpricort E or alopexy 5% ?

Hello, I have been to two trichologists and both of them were diagnosed with a slight inflammation of the scalp and androgenetic alopecia after trichoscopy.

One prescribed alpricort E on prescription, the other alopexy 5% and vichy dercos shampoo.

Which rub is better, can give better results? Can I combine Alpricort E with a medicated shampoo?

Both Alpricort E and Alopexy 5% (minoxidil) are used to treat androgenetic alopecia, but they have different mechanisms of action and can have different effects depending on the individual body's response.

Alpricort E is a prescription drug that contains a glucocorticoid and estrogen. Glucocorticoids are anti-inflammatory, which can help reduce inflammation of the scalp, which is beneficial in this case because a slight inflammation has been detected. If your main problem is skin inflammation, then Alpricort E can help reduce it.

You can check the availability of Alpricort E via the gdziepolek.pl website and book it at the pharmacy of your choice:

Alopexy 5% (minoxidil) is a topical agent that is widely used in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia. It works by dilating blood vessels and improving circulation to the scalp, which can stimulate hair growth. It is available over the counter and is one of the most commonly recommended preparations for androgenetic alopecia. If the main goal is to stimulate hair growth, Alopexy 5% (minoxidil) is a more effective choice.

The GdziePoLek.pl website also allows you to compare the prices of Alopexy 5% and order with home delivery or collection at the nearest stationary pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/3821/alopexy-plyn/apteki
