Can I use the medicine Mysimba with medication treatment Anafranil, Aryzalera and Pregabalin?

Hello, I have been treating obsessive-compulsive disorder for several years, I take Anafranil 75 - 1 tablet in the evening, Pregabalin 2 x one and Aryzalera 1 x 1 tablet in the morning. Probably "thanks to" taking these pills I gained weight significantly. I weigh 106 kg with a height of 177 cm. Can I start taking Mysimba in this situation, or is it inadvisable? The combination of Mysimba and Anafranil is not recommended unless otherwise advised by your doctor. We described it in more detail in the review:

If you use Mysimba, consult your doctor beforehand. In this case, the doctor will recommend appropriate monitoring of constant therapy and the use of individual medications.
