Yes, some allergy medications can be used when trying to conceive, but it is always important to consult with your doctor before taking any medication. If you are unable to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

When you consult with your doctor, it's a good idea to tell them about any medications, supplements and herbal remedies you're taking, so they can assess whether they're safe for trying for a baby or early pregnancy.
The lowest risk of teratogenic effects is posed by cetirizine (e.g. Allertec) and loratidine (e.g. Claritine), as well as first-generation antihistamines such as dimentinden (e.g. Fenistil). With regard to these drugs, no negative effects on the course of pregnancy, the incidence of miscarriages, the birth weight of newborns and the risk of defects have been found.
Bilastine (e.g. Clatra) is not recommended in pregnancy. Do not use it in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
