According to the SmPC, 20 mg of bilastine (1 tablet) should be used once daily to relieve the symptoms of allergic membrane inflammation
nasal and conjunctival mucosa (seasonal and year-round) and urticaria.
The tablet should be taken one hour before or two hours after a meal or fruit juice.
