To @Vera:
Yes, they can be used together. Nevertheless, both drugs increase the risk of constipation, especially in women and the elderly. So be careful. If both medicines are prescribed by the same doctor, please follow their recommendations.
Can I take Pregabalin, Tramadol together?

Thank you for sharing your case. Please remember that side effects of medications should be reported to your doctor or individually.
Nausea is a common side effect of both Duloxetine and Pregabalin, especially at the beginning of treatment. This may be temporary and disappear after a few weeks of continued therapy (usually 3-4 weeks).
Concomitant use of duloxetine and pregabalin may increase the risk of adverse reactions, as Pregabalin may decrease the clearance of duloxetine, leading to an increase in plasma concentrations. Other factors, such as smoking, may affect the pharmacokinetics of Duloxetine and increase side effects.
If nausea persists or gets worse, it's best to consult your doctor. They may consider modifying the dosage, changing the medication, or adding an antiemetic to alleviate this side effect. It is important not to stop treatment without consulting your doctor. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

I encourage you to report the symptoms you are experiencing to your doctor, as well as to report the occurrence of an adverse reaction of the preparation. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over the medicines available on the market.
