There are no contraindications to sensible sunbathing while taking Broncho-Vaxom. This medicine has not been shown to have photosensitising properties, which are properties that can cause sunburn or skin lesions when the patient's body is exposed to sunlight and UV radiation.
Regardless of the medication you use, always remember to use sunscreen (preferably SPF 50) before sunbathing, e.g.:
Sunscreens absorb or reflect UV rays, thus protecting the skin from their harmful effects, which can lead to burns, accelerated skin aging and even cancer.
