How to combine Osteogenon and Euthyrox?

Good afternoon! After the fracture, the drug "Osteogenon" was prescribed, the instructions say that you need to warn the doctor if you take hormonal drugs for the thyroid gland. I've been drinking Euthyrox for a long time. Can you please tell me how to combine these two medications?

Osteogenone may reduce the absorption of levothyroxine (Euthyrox N). In the case of such concomitant administration, an interval of at least 2 hours should be maintained between administration of these medicines.
