Is Atenza released interchangeably as Concerta?
Can Concerta (compatible dose) be dispensed in a pharmacy if I have Concerta (compatible dose) on my prescription?

To @Kropka:
In the case of the described situation, where the pharmacy refused to dispense Atenza instead of the prescribed Concerta, despite the same dose, and did not provide a specific legal basis for refusing to dispense the substitute, it is worth asking for a written justification for the refusal to dispense the medicine.
Some pharmacy chains may have internal procedures for dispensing substitutes, especially in the case of psychotropic drugs. However, such procedures should not violate pharmaceutical law.
In such a situation, it is worth considering filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities - the Provincial Pharmaceutical Inspectorate.
And I would like to clarify the issue of dispensing the drug on the basis of a prescription, where the doctor prescribed Concerta, and the staff of one of the Gemini pharmacies in Poznań did not want to dispense Atenza in the same dose, citing "top-down prohibitions". No legal basis was given. What can be done about it?

Concerta and Atenza are substitutes, so they can be dispensed with the same prescription. I'm attaching an article that may be of interest to you: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/lepsza-dostepnosc-lekow-na-adhd-kiedy-zamienniki-pojawia-sie-w-aptekach
