Up to @Chris:
Davertin (containing clindamycin) is a topical antibiotic, mainly used to treat acne vulgaris. Clindamycin has an antibacterial effect, fighting bacteria responsible for skin inflammation. Davercin may sometimes be prescribed as an adjunctive treatment if the skin is showing signs of bacterial infections.
In the case of rosacea, however, the use of Davertin is not a typical solution. Rosacea has a different etiology than acne vulgaris, and its treatment often requires a different approach.
It is worth consulting a dermatologist to tailor the treatment to your individual needs.
Is there any experience with davercin gel for rosacea?
Does it help there too?

Yes, Davercin acne gel should be used until the end of the pack as directed by your doctor.
According to the manufacturer's recommendation, Davercin should be applied in a thin layer to the affected areas twice a day - in the morning and in the evening. The gel should be applied to cleansed, dry skin (at least 15 minutes after washing). Wash your hands thoroughly after each application of the gel. The average treatment period is 6 to 8 weeks.
