Good morning
I used gynazol as prescribed by my doctor, and today (a day later) in the evening I noticed a rash of red, hard pustules from the waist up (near the armpits on the back and a little on the stomach). There aren't a lot of them, but they're red. They don't itch. Is it an allery? And will it go away when the drug "washes out"?

An allergic reaction to Gynazol is quite rare, but urticaria and skin inflammation have been reported. Consultation with a doctor and assessment of further treatment options are indicated.
