There are no contraindications to the concomitant use of metformin (Siofor), trazodone (Trittico) and urodeoxycholic acid (Proursan). These medicines do not interact with each other that would affect the effectiveness or safety of the treatment.

However, I do not have any information about your health condition and diseases and whether there are any contraindications to the use of these drugs.
