Dexaven, Bunondol and Ketonal are prescription medicines that can be used together if prescribed by one doctor or by doctors who have been told about all the medicines you are taking.
Dexamethasone (Dexaven) may increase the side effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, especially in the gastrointestinal tract, to which Ketonal belongs. This combination is not contraindicated, in case of side effects you should report them to your doctor. Dexamethasone may lead to an increase in the metabolism of buprenorphine (Bunondol) and thus a decrease in buprenorphine concentrations and therapeutic effect. In this case, it is advisable to keep a time interval between the use of these two substances.
