Yes, Argosulfan can be used in the treatment of chronic leg ulcers, although other treatment methods are currently preferred: compression (the use of specialized compression bandages) and specialized dressings (reimbursed for this disease) with a disinfecting effect, absorbing secretions from the wound and accelerating healing.
