Can I use ashwagandha and black cumin preparations with Relanium?

Can I take drops (gerocel - 20 drops per tablespoon with water) every day (once or 2 a day), which contain m.in ashwagandha and black cumin, and at night relanium, as I have been prescribed? (10 mg)

It is not recommended to use Ashwagandha preparations together with drugs affecting the central nervous system (e.g. Relanium). Ashwagandha may interact with preparations affecting the central nervous system, which may increase the risk of their side effects.
