Night is the best time to use vaginal preparations for several reasons.
First of all, it is the time when our body rests, regenerates and calms down. The application of the globule/cream at night is beneficial, because the drug has a chance to be absorbed calmly and daytime activity will not interfere with this process.
The second issue is the practical approach. During the day, when we are on the move, the globule may come out and the drug will not work effectively. Therefore, the supine position is conducive to the administration of the drug vaginally.
After administering the drug, in the morning when we get up and start our daily activities, you may notice that traces of the applied globule appear on the underwear during the day. This is due to the change of body position to an upright position. In such a case, it is worth remembering to protect the underwear with a panty liner.
