Can I add Hydroxyzine or Perazin to Bioxetin, Pregabalin and Concor Cor for insomnia?

Hello, the doctor prescribed me Bioxetin 20mg and pregabalin 75mg at night, but my blood pressure jumps a lot
At home I have hydroxyzine 10mg and perazine 25mg which will be better for sleep in addition I take concor cor 2.5mg I have to wait a month until my appointment and I don't sleep without medication

Since Perazin and Hydroxyzinum are prescription medications, their inclusion and duration of therapy should be decided by your doctor.

Theoretically, there are no contraindications to the use of low doses of hydroxyzine, e.g. 1 tablet half an hour to an hour before bedtime.

However, it should be borne in mind that the addition of hydroxyzine increases the risk of symptoms such as dizziness, loss of concentration, hypotension (and related headaches during the day), etc. If you notice these types of symptoms, you may need to change your treatment.
