These drugs can be combined with each other. However, it should be borne in mind that the addition of Hydroxyzinum increases the risk of hypotension symptoms.

Drops in blood pressure can occur especially when changing body position (e.g. when getting out of bed) and manifest as dizziness or even fainting. You may experience excessive fatigue, drowsiness, increased sensitivity to cold (cold feet and hands), sleep disturbances or loss of concentration m.in these types of side effects - if you notice these side effects, it is worth consulting your doctor and considering switching to another anti-anxiety drug.
