Up to @Lucja:
Pain after shockwave treatments is a normal reaction, as this therapy often leads to a controlled increase in inflammation, which can cause a temporary increase in pain.
As for the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as DicloDuo Combi, their use can indeed affect the effectiveness of therapy, as they can inhibit the regenerative processes stimulated by the shockwave. However, it should be noted that Diclo Duo Combi is subject to prescription, so the legitimacy and need to include it in the therapy should be determined by a doctor.
Paracetamol-based drugs (e.g. Solpadeine) do not belong to the NSAID group and usually do not have a negative effect on shockwave therapy. It is also worth monitoring your sensations and informing the therapist of any changes in pain.
Through Gdziepolek it is also possible to compare prices of over-the-counter drugs, book them or order them with delivery. I attach a link to Solpadeine:

Hello, I have been assigned 5 shockwave treatments, for a sore shoulder of the hand, I have already taken two treatments and it started to hurt more, is this a normal reaction? During this treatment I took painkillers three times: twice Apap and once DicloDuo Combi, only today I found out that it is not allowed to take NSAIDs during the shockwave treatment, didn't I harm the therapy by taking NSAIDs once? and will Apap also affect the effectiveness of treatment? I'm about to have three more wave treatments, and I'm worried that these painkillers will ruin the whole therapy.
I took DicloDuo Combi a day after the procedure. Please answer.
