Is the contents of the capsule Metabol Can I spill the fast if I can't swallow it whole?
Hello. Can I open the capsule and pour the contents onto a spoon and drink with water?
The capsules are too big for me and I won't be able to swallow them.

After analysing the composition of the product and bearing in mind the fact that the preparation has an immediate-release form, I do not see any contraindications to pouring out the contents of the capsule and swallowing the powder with water.
