Can Prokit and Mesopral cause belching?

Good morning. Can there be increased belching of air from the stomach when taking PROKIT- 50 mg and mesopral 40 mg?

This is not a typical side effect of Prokit and Mesopral. Usually, these medications are used to relieve these types of symptoms.

It is important that you dose Prokit appropriately. Unless otherwise advised by your doctor, the recommended dose for adults is 150 mg per day, i.e. 1 tablet 3 times a day before meals for up to 8 weeks.

If you notice any side effects, you should report them to your doctor, who will decide what to do next.
