What if, after ejaculating in the condom, I did not take it out and kept it in the vagina for a while and there was no contraction of the corpora cavernosa, leakage and fertilization could have occurred?

Up to @Leo:
If the condom has been used correctly and has not been damaged, the risk of conception is minimal, even on fertile days. However, continuing intercourse after ejaculation can increase the risk of the condom slipping or breaking, especially if the penis begins to lose its hardness. If you have any doubts about the effectiveness of a condom or suspect damage to it, you may want to consider emergency contraception.
What if I came in a condom but still had sex for two or three minutes on fertile days, is conception possible, the member was still hard ?

To @Oliwia Oliwia:
If the condom was fitted correctly and did not break or slip off, a second intercourse also secured with a condom can be considered safe. The probability of getting pregnant is then very low, regardless of the day of the menstrual cycle.
Additionally, if your period came two days late in the planned period, it is a good sign that conception has not occurred.
After the first full intercourse in a condom, can a second protected intercourse also be considered safe? Two days later I got my period😄

If the condom does not slip off the penis (either during intercourse or when the penis is removed from the vagina), its effect is preserved.
