Why syrup is not available Peritol?

Hello
Maybe some of you know why SYRUP is not available PERITOL? Is it a temporary lack or was it withdrawn for some reason? I have a prescription for a 4-year-old child and I can't find it anywhere. I will be grateful for your help.

Według informacji z baz danych, dla syropu Peritol nie ma już ważnego pozwolenia na dopuszczenie do obrotu. Po wygaśnięciu zezwolenia lek sprzedawany jest do wyczerpania zapasów. Jednak apteki zintegrowane z GdziePoLek nie mają już tego produktu na stanie od dłuższego czasu:

Według informacji na temat Peritolu w tabletkach lek może być stosowany u dzieci w wieku od 2. Tabletkę można dzielić na pół w celu uzyskania mniejszej dawki (cała tabletka to 4 mg). Trudno mi jednak ocenić, czy preparat w tabletce byłby odpowiedni, chociażby pod kątem dawki czy możliwości podania Państwa dziecku takiej postaci leku. Wydaje mi się, że najrozsądniej będzie wrócić do lekarza, który zdecyduje, co dalej.

Peritol to tzw. lek przeciwhistaminowy. Stosuje się go w leczeniu chorób alergicznych, szczególnie tych, którym towarzyszy świąd. Bywa także przepisywany pacjentom z jadłowstrętem, w celu pobudzenia apetytu.
