There are limited data on the safety of Iberogast in pregnant women. Animal studies do not indicate reproductive toxicity. However, as a precautionary measure, it is preferable to avoid the use of Iberogast during pregnancy.
Of course, if you are bothered by the aforementioned symptoms and other things do not help (e.g. an easily digestible diet, preparations with simethicone), then after consulting your doctor, you can consider using Iberogast.
