Is eradication of H.pylori with Duomox, Metronidazole and Zulbex sufficient?
Hello do you treat

Metronidazole 250 mg 2x1 per day
Zulbex 20mg 1 tablet on an empty stomach
Of course, in addition to a probiotic

According to currently available information, the H.pylori eradication regimens ordered in Poland are the use of two antibiotics + PPIs + bismuth preparation or therapy with 3 antibiotics + PPIs or alternating therapy taking into account different sequences of antibiotic intake. The treatment you describe falls within the proposed schemes.
The treatment regimen prescribed by a specialist may differ from the generally recommended one and be tailored to the health condition of a particular patient. If there are any doubts about the selected treatment, it is worth discussing them with the prescriber.
