1. Can I drink an infusion of St. John's wort or ginseng when using Propranolol 3x10mg during the day, iron (sorbifer), aspargine, psychobiotic?
2. When it comes to combining propranolol and adaptogens, are there any reasons not to combine these two preparations?

As I mentioned in the previous post, I haven't found any studies that would indicate an absolute ban on combining propranolol or other β-blockers with adaptogens.
Thank you for your reply
But ashwaganda can't be used with propranolol either, right?
ew schisandra, rhodiola rosea, schisandra, etc.

With the use of Propranolol, iron, Aspargin and psychobiotic, you can take an infusion of St. John's wort. However, ginseng should be avoided, more here:
There are no studies that would indicate significant interactions of adaptogens with propranolol. Adaptogen therapy should be introduced gradually and the body's reaction should be observed.
