After taking sidenafil, I noticed red pimples and reddened on my penis, and on my scrotum

Then try using allergy medication.
All tests for venereal diseases, the whole package came out well, i.e. no diseases were found.

It may be worth going to a venereologist and getting tested for venereal diseases. These types of symptoms are not characteristic of the use of sildenafil.
