Can I take Clindamycin-MIP if I was on desensitization in the morning?

This morning I was on desensitization (trees and grasses) and in the evening at the dentist and it became inflamed and I was given the antibiotic clindamycin -MIP 600 mg, can I take it? Out of nerves, I didn't even ask the dentist

If the doctor has decided that it is justified, there are no contraindications to the use of Clindamycin-MIP 600 after the desensitization procedure.
